Is Online Qigong as Effective as In-Person?


Many people wonder if practising Qigong online can be as effective as attending in-person classes. The answer is yes. With the right guidance and approach, online Qigong classes can provide the same benefits as traditional in-person practice, while offering unique advantages that in-person classes cannot always provide. My Experience as a Teacher

As a Qigong teacher, I’m constantly learning and evolving. I think it is very important to keep improving and to continue learning. I take classes myself online and I really enjoy doing them in my own home. I speak from experience when I say that I truly love online Qigong classes!

Sometimes, you may choose not to turn on your camera to focus fully on yourself. This privacy allows you to be completely present, inside yourself, without feeling observed or judged. Effectiveness of Online Qigong


Online Qigong can be just as effective as in-person classes when the teacher provides clear guidance and demonstrations. You are part of a group, yet you can practise quietly behind your camera, fully immersed in yourself.
