When it's time for your class, click on the Zoom link sent to you via email when you subscribed. Alternatively, you can sign into your Members Area and select Class Links to find the relevant Zoom link for your live session.
If you miss your class, you can watch the video of it by signing into your Members Area and selecting Class Recordings. Weekly classes are available for 3 days. If you have an Unlimited Plan, you can watch as many classes as you like from previous weeks.
Memberships aren’t refundable, but you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current paid period, and then it stops automatically.
A chair within reach.
Consistency is key! Aim for daily five to ten minute sessions on your own. For a complete routine, we recommend attending at least one 40-minute online class per week, with two or three classes providing maximum benefits.
Yes. All movements can be adapted. You can practise seated or standing.
