If you’re looking for a gentle healing way to move, one that supports your body, calms your mind, regulates your nervous system, and restores your energy, you’re in the right place. I’m Célia, a French Qigong teacher living in the UK, offering online Zoom Qigong classes, as well as gentle in-person Qigong sessions locally. I’ve always been deeply spiritual and naturally intuitive, and I bring that awareness into my teaching..

I was an Antique Furniture Restorer for 25 years, a profession I loved that taught me patience, authenticity, respect, and pride for caring for people’s most precious valuables and being part of their family inheritance history.

Alongside this, I also practiced yoga and meditation for 20 years. After years of pushing physically, I developed a severe sciatica that lasted for a long time and led to a back surgery in 2020. Even after the operation, I was still in significant pain, I was missing Yoga, but couldn't return. I began searching for a way to move again and heal my back. That search brought me to Qigong. It supported my recovery, restored my functional mobility and deepened my connection to my body and energy. I found it to be a powerful practice for resetting the vagus nerve.

 

Qigong is a spiritual meditation in movement like Yoga, but I found it much more gentle and adaptable to my body, especially with back problems and in my fifties . I trained with a highly respected professor of Chinese medicine and doctors, learning not only physical Qigong but also the medical Qigong and deeper energetic practices, techniques for clearing, aligning, and working with the body's internal energy (Qi).

Today, I share accessible online Qigong classes for vitality and healing to clients across the UK, USA, and Canada. Whether you're a beginner, looking for a gentle alternative to "the gym" for healthy aging and longevity, or seeking a calming space to balance yourself physically and emotionally, you are in the right place.
