I was an antique furniture restorer for 25 years, a profession I loved that taught me patience, authenticity, respect, and pride for caring for people’s most precious valuables and being part of their family inheritance history.

For 20 years, I also practiced yoga and meditation. Unfortunately, I had a back operation in 2020 that led me to search for a gentler, more sustainable way to move. That search brought me to authentic Chinese Qigong, a practice rooted in Chinese medicine that blends movement and stillness, strength, healing, and support through aging. It supported my recovery, restored my mobility, and deepened my connection to my body and energy.
This spiritual meditation in movement was what I was missing in yoga, and I found the practice gentle and adaptable for me. I trained with a highly respected professor of Chinese medicine and doctors, learning not only physical Qigong forms but also deeper energetic practices, techniques for clearing, aligning, and working with the body's internal energy (Qi).

Today, I share accessible, healing Qigong classes rooted in traditional Chinese principles.
