What is Qigong ?
"Qigong (pronounced “chee gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice combining gentle, flowing movements, calm breathing and focused awareness to cultivate and balance "Qi", the body’s vital energy.
Like a meditation in motion, Qigong works with posture, breath and slow mindful movement.
Practised by millions of people in China, you may have seen people practising in parks? As part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong works with balance, harmony and vitality. Gentler than Tai Chi or yoga, Qigong is generally softer and more adaptable, making it suitable for people of all ages and abilities"
