What is Qigong ?
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice combining slow movements, breathing and focused awareness to cultivate the Qi, the body's vital energy.
Often compared to Tai Chi, Qigong uses flowing movements and breath to circulate Qi through the body, helping circulation, coordination and internal awareness.
Practised by millions of people in China, Qigong is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine and helps emotional balance, mental calm and physical resilience.
