What is Qigong ?

Qigong is part of Traditional Chinese medicine, often compared to Tai Chi, it combined slow movements, breathing and mindful awareness to cultivate the "Qi", the body's vital energy.

Practised by millions in China, Qigong is used to help with emotional balance, mental calm, longevity and physical pain.
