Five Elements Qigong comes from ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine. In Qigong, we work with five elements: Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire. Each element is connected to specific organs, emotions and meridians.

In Qigong, Each element is connected to a specific organ, emotion, and meridians. The practice works with the seasons, for example, focusing on Wood and the Liver during spring or Water and the Kidneys in winter to maintain internal balance.
Each movement stimulates the energy of a corresponding element or organ. This focused energy work improves our overall vitality and supports holistic health.
